I tell the good men and good women in Jambudvipa
I
Buddha, the World-Honoured
declare
that Kasyapa and Ananda
have come to the land of South Korea
in Jambudvipa.
Ananda
at the time of the Vulture Peak Mountain (the Spirit Mountain)
has come again
and assisted Kasyapa
to attain Buddhahood.
In reward for his merit
he has become Ja Jae Tong Wang Buddha.
As the Dharma Prince of Manjushri
he delivers the Dharna of the Buddha.
A good man or good woman
who has built up a lot of merit and virtues of good roots
from all the holy places of the Buddhas
from the immeasurable past
shall never douby,
but believe in the words of this book.
Buddha, the World-Honoured
prove
that the contents of 'the 21st Century Buddha's Message 1, 2'
written by the Dharma heir Gwangmyong Manduk
and Dharma Prince Jajae Manhyon
at this time
are absolutely true.
The Buddha who has attained Buddhahood
abides in true suchness in 'the Absolute Realm
in Selflessness.'☑
All the Dharma teachings
on the theory of the Three Bodies
saying that a Buddha gains his own Buddha Body
and possesses the Three Bodies
of the Dharma Body, Reward Body and Transformation Body
(skt. Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, Nirmanakaya) are absolutely true.
☑As it is stated in 'A Parable' in the Lotus Sutra, one cannot be called a
Buddha by only having seen emptiness, nor by only having realized
empty nature, and neither by only having completed maintenance of
one's practice after enlightenment, When one has practiced during
tens of thousands of lifetimes and cultivated various kinds of merit and
virtues of the good roots and received one's own Buddha Body
made of the Immeasurable Light that possesses the thirty-two
bodily signs and eighty marks in 'the Absolute Realm in Selflessness' (the
Lotus Treasure Realm, ) that transcends existence and non-
existence, then one has become a Buddha and can be called a Buddha.
There exist Hell and the deva realm,
and karmic sentient beings transmigrate
birth and death within the six realms.
To escape from the cycle of life and death,
one must enter deep concentration.
After this, it is important
to advance towards Dhuta, one's selfless practice,
while observing the grave precepts
like the sexual misconduct precept and so on.
If a person attains enlightenment afterwards,
he becomesan arht(a holy multitude).
When a person becomes an arhat,
he escapes from the cycle of life and death
of the Three Realms
and enters the level of a saint.
When an arhat is born abain as a human
and practices to become a Bodhisattva,
he shall obey the sexual misconduct precept like his life,
read Mahayana Sutras,
helping others for others' benefit,
and practice earnestly
so that he can enter Samadhi of recitation.
When one receives the empowerment of a Buddha
or a Bodhisattva
by practicing all one's filial duties,
one will accomplish the fruit of a Bodhisattva
and be reborn in the Pure Land.
If a Bodhisattva wishes to become a Buddha,
he shall put the vow of practice of Samantabhadra
into practice for many lives
and build up the bag of good roots
by practicing paramitas.
If a person attains Buddhahood,
his own Buddha Body made of the Immeasurable Light
will be given
in 'the Absolute Realm in Selflessness'
and will never be annihilated
until the end of all time.
He will freely enter hundreds and thousands of Samadhi
and Samadhi of Great Quiescence,
and will also be unimpeded in everything,
possessing the Three Bodies, three awarenesses, four
cognitions, five eyes and six supernatural powers
as well as wisdom, compassion, merit and virtues.
His universal power is limitless
and, truly, nothing is impossible.
The Buddha(the Dharma Body Buddha or Dharmakaya
Buddha) is omnipresent as light
in the Threefold Great Thousand World Systems,
so there is no place or time where he does not abide.
As he is not going, nor coming, nor staying,
he never moves in true suchness.
The Reward Body(one's own Buddha Body or Sambhogakaya)
teaches and saves sentient beings,
manifesting hundreds, thousands, millions and billions
of Transformation Bodies,
but he never takes even a single step away
from the tranquil Samadhi.
Lay-people, you shall refrain from evil acts,
treasure and practice all good deeds,
and develop a pure state of mind yourselves.
You shall behave yourself as a good example to others
and be reborn as a human or a being in the heaven.
Then meet the assembly of a Buddha,
and attain rebirth in the Western Pure Land
as a Bodhisattva of the Pure Land.
Monks who have taken refuge in the Three Treasures
and practice in Buddhist temples,
must not forget your duty as monks
and must live a life with purity and no possessions.
Restrain yourself.
If you break the sexual misconduct precept,
you will definitely fall into the 'Unremitting Hell.'
You shall engrave this in your heart again and again.
Buddha, the World-Honoured
king of Buddhism
